Wildcat WorkouLogo 5t is a body weight only fitness program designed to bring the Linfield College community together through exercise.  All Linfield College students and employees are welcome to come out for some fun, sweat and exercise.

All fitness levels are welcome.

Wildcat Workouts are led by Health and Human Performance majors at Linfield College.

Wildcat Workout will meet at various locations on campus – mostly outdoors.  Meeting sites are being confirmed – check back soon.  Locations will be announced on the Wildcat Workout Facebook page

First time participants will need to confirm the following forms – signature sheets will be provided during your first session.

  1. Liability
  2. Physical Activity Release Questionaire (PARQ)
  3. Photo_Release_Form

Wear workout clothing, appropriate shoes (running shoes, cross trainers, etc) and bring a water bottle.  We will be outside rain or shine so dress appropriately.

The workouts last for 45-60 minutes and include a dynamic warm-up followed by cardio and strength exercises using a high intensity interval training (HIIT) model. After the HIIT workout there is a five minute ab/ core workout and plank challenge. Ending with a few stretches to round out the routine.

All exercises can be adapted to meet any fitness level.
